Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. Prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative. We work to dispatch orders promptly and will inform you of material delays.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an eligible purchase within the statutory period by notifying customer service.
Returns and refunds
Returned items must be unused and securely packed. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
Complaints
Contact us promptly if a product is defective or does not match your order.
